Bianca Costa was born on March 4, 1999, in Florianópolis, Brazil. She moved to Portugal at the age of 5 and then settled with her mother in France at the age of 10. She grew up without her father, who left when she was 4 years old. She inherited her musical talent from her grandfather, who was himself a musician, and from the church hymns she learned within her very religious family.
She gained popularity by fusing Brazilian bossa nova with French trap music, a style she calls “bossa trap”. Her career grew quickly after she shared covers on social media in 2020. Her top-rated songs include “Ounana”, “AHOO”, and “Historia”. Her first full album, “Gringa,” was released in November 2025 and features a mix of French and Portuguese lyrics.
