“Da Natives” is a Nigerian music duo that rose to prominence in the early to mid-2000s. The members were Agon John and Hyacinth Idibia, the younger brother of Afrobeat Legend 2Face Idibia. They churned out a lot of Rhythm and Blues and soul jams back in 2006. They became noticed in the industry when they released their widely accepted album titled “We be da Natives,” a 12-track album on January 1, 2006.
