Top Adlerman, born Jean Adler Gaston on June 15, 1992, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is a leading Haitian rapper and producer. He is known for blending Konpa with hip-hop and ragga styles. His career began in the streets as a dancer with the group M.C. Top, which was discovered by the “godfather of hip-hop in Haiti,” Master Dji. Adlerman went solo in the early 2000s, achieving prominence with hits like “Konsole” and the political single “Viktwa”. He has since become a significant voice in contemporary Haitian music.
