Kotrell, born Atonopriya Cotterell, is a Nigerian Afro pop-soul artist celebrated for his soulful vocals and emotionally rich songwriting. A first-class Economics graduate from Bowen University, he gained fame with the hit wedding anthem “Now and Always.”
His debut EP, “Love is…” dropped in 2023, followed by Forever in 2024. The track “Unbelievable” from the latter project won Best Vocal Performance (Male) at the GMA 2025 awards, cementing his reputation as a captivating live performer known for sold-out shows like “The Kot Yard.”
