Yusuf Oluwo Gbolaga, professionally known as “YKB,” born on the 6th of March, 1995, is a Nigerian Afropop singer and songwriter. He debuted his first single titled “Swaggu” in 2019 and gained popularity with the hit single “San Siro.”
He discovered his passion for music while growing up. In 2010, he began uploading his music to SoundCloud. Initially, he went by the name “YusufKanbai,” but later he shortened it to “YKB.” He officially launched his music career in 2019 with his debut single, “Swaggu.” His popularity grew, and he was shortlisted for Mr. Eazi’s accelerator program, “Empawa Africa.”
