Born Ayorinde Mafoluku Ayodele in the vibrant streets of Somolu, Bariga, Lagos, Ayo Maff has always worn his roots with pride. “I grew up in the street of Somolu, Bariga,” the emerging Afrobeats star explains. “That’s where I came from. And it’s just more to let the people know I am from them. Regardless of where people see me, I’m from the street, so that’s why they call me ‘Prince of the Street’.”
