After three years away, GoodGirl LA returned in 2025, with her self-titled EP under Andre Vibez’s Vibez Music Factory, and she came back with a clear mission. The six-track project is her personal manifesto for women’s liberation, self-worth, and ambition, redefining what a “good girl” actually means. She sheds societal expectations on the title track, “Good Girl”, explores female pleasure unapologetically on “Buss It” and “Gbesoun”, and channels resilience through “Giga” and “B.O.B (Based on Belief)”, drawing from personal struggles and industry neglect.
The EP tackles topics rarely addressed in mainstream Nigerian music, particularly around sexual and emotional liberation. Blending Afrobeats, Dancehall, and R&B, GoodGirl LA delivers powerful vocals and honest, unfiltered storytelling that positions this comeback as more than just music—it’s a statement of independence and authentic self-expression.
