You get Afro-Emo, a hint of R&B, and those amapiano beats all swirling together, while he keeps repeating how much he cares.
There’s a dreamy haze to the whole thing, thanks to that mellow percussion and hypnotic hook. It’s intimate, a little vulnerable, and you can tell the whole album’s going to dig deep into both the sweetness and messiness of love.
