Fireboy DML takes us into a time machine that only travels to the past with “Favourite Song.” Apart from the lyrics that ask us to pretend we’re back in the 90s, the artist helps our imagination by infusing the popular sounds and flavours of that decade. We can hear hints of our favourite 90s musicians in every verse, too, such as Michael Jackson and Usher.
